Subscription Pricing, Automatic Renewal and Variable Charges

By purchasing a membership, you authorize mycutechat.com and its authorized payment processors to charge your selected payment method automatically according to your chosen subscription plan.

Your first payment is charged upon purchase. Subsequent payments are charged every 30, 90, or 360 days, depending on your selected plan. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled.

Existing subscriptions may have different prices or billing arrangements based on promotional offers, previous pricing structures, or other subscription terms agreed to at the time of purchase. Such subscriptions continue to be billed according to their individually agreed terms unless modified with the cardholder's authorization or cancelled.

Subscription charges may be processed in currencies other than USD. Where applicable, currency conversion and exchange-rate fluctuations may result in differences between the original transaction currency and its USD equivalent. The applicable transaction currency, amount, and billing frequency are disclosed to the customer at the time of purchase.

Any changes to recurring subscription amounts or billing conditions will be communicated in advance, and any required cardholder consent will be obtained before the changes take effect.

Cancellation Policy

Members may cancel their subscription at any time by emailing support@mycutechat.com . Please include the email address associated with your membership so we can identify your account and process your request.

Cancellation stops future automatic renewals, and access continues until the end of the current paid billing period. No further recurring charges will be made after cancellation takes effect.

Charges already processed remain subject to our Refund Policy and applicable law.
